These terms cover use of the Aevox marketing site at aevox.health. Use of the Aevox interpretation product in a clinical setting is governed by a separate agreement between Funspan LLC and the partner clinic.

You may read, share, and link to anything on this site. Content is provided for informational purposes about the Aevox product and is not medical advice. Decisions about athlete training, fueling, or clinical care should be made by qualified professionals.

2. Sample content

Sample reports, athlete codes, screenshots, and example metrics are synthesized from realistic physiological inputs for demonstration purposes. They do not represent any specific real person.

3. Intellectual property

“Aevox,” the Aevox wordmark, the underlying interpretation pipeline, and all original copy and visualizations on this site are the property of Funspan LLC. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce the full report templates or visualizations without permission.

4. Submissions

When you contact us via email or any form on this site, you grant us permission to read your message and respond. We treat what you send as confidential to the extent reasonable; see the privacy policy for details.

5. No warranty

The marketing site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funspan LLC's aggregate liability arising from your use of this marketing site is limited to US $100. Clinical use of the Aevox product is governed by a separate agreement with its own liability terms.

7. Governing law

Colorado law, USA. Disputes arising from use of this site are resolved in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.

8. Changes

Material updates will be posted at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
