Aevox reads the native export from COSMED, MGC, PNOE, VO2 Master, KORR, and ParvoMedics carts, and maps any other breath-by-breath export on upload. Unlike PNOE's analysis or the reporting bundled with a cart, it is not tied to one device — so a lab with two carts gets one interpretation, and a lab that changes carts keeps its history.
Four detectors vote on each threshold and their agreement is reported as a confidence score. Most cart software applies one method and reports a single value with no indication of how sure it is.
A standard CPET report stops at VO₂max and thresholds. The substrate curve and the glycogen model are computed from data the cart already collected and were simply never shown; Aevox puts them on the page.
A lab signs up at labs.aevox.health and runs under its own name from the first upload; one lab's athletes never sit in another lab's view. Institutions and multi-site networks get their own instance, subdomain and branding. Engine improvements ship to everyone at once.
Your first 10 reports within 60 days are free, then $20 a report billed monthly on the 1st, never more than $1,000 a month, with no setup fee and no contract. Institutions are priced per site, per year. Cart vendors bundle their software into a capital purchase; seat-based platforms want annual contracts.

No. Aevox is interpretation software for exercise-testing data, and it does not diagnose. Every report is reviewed and signed by the lab's own clinician before it is released, and every threshold call remains editable with the override recorded.
Yes. A self-serve lab runs under its own name on labs.aevox.health, and its athletes are visible only to that lab. Institutions and multi-site networks get their own instance, with their own subdomain, sign-in, and database. Engine improvements reach everyone at once, but your data is only yours.
Your reports stay exportable as PDF and JSON. On request, your lab and its data are deleted on a schedule we state in writing when you leave.
Yes. Your lab's name and logo go on the reports, and multi-site networks are white-labeled across every site, sign-in included. A small “Powered by Aevox” line stays on the report.
